Welcome to Tiny Handprints, a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our organization offers comfort to those affected by a devastating loss to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) or SUID (Sudden Unexplained Infant Death) through educational resources, grief support, community, and prayer. We lost our 10-month-old son Jacob in January 2007. With the help of God's strength and grace, we made it through the most difficult of the days that followed, and have managed to once again take up the business of life by learning to live with our new normal. We've learned a lot about grief since Jacob died - what worked for us and what didn't. Although every individual experiences grief differently, we decided to reach out to those with fresh wounds and pass along what we know in hopes that our experiences will be of some comfort to you.

We've created a "SIDS Survival Kit" - a packet consisting of items of particular significance on our journey through the grief. Our goal is to reach newly bereaved parents with these materials as soon as possible after their loss of an infant.
